Chaya S. Abelsky, Master Certified Coach

Is a highly trained executive coach holding the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She specializes in NonProfit executive and organizational development, supporting clients to build organizational cultures that reflect their vision and values and to develop leaders that can consistently produce new levels of results in the face of rapid change and competition. She supports clients in the art of building powerful relationships and cross-functional teams within a complex nonprofit structure. Chaya also works with leaders in career transition. She is known for her practical approach, evocative coaching style, and for promoting essential think time as the foundation for executive success.

Her clients include executives and leaders from start-up firms, professional practice firms and New York City Agencies including NYC Department Citywide Administrative Services , Department of Youth and Community Development, Department of Environmental Patrol, Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications and others such as United Way of New York City. In addition to individual coaching, Chaya’s professional services include group coaching, 360 feedback, meeting facilitation and seminars on topics such as building high performing teams, managing change, business coach training, intensive coach training, executive coach training and theoretical foundations of coaching, sales, values, leadership, strategic planning, customer service coaching classes and effective communications for executives and senior leaders.  Chaya is known as an expert in coaching, providing both intervention and high performance development for individuals, teams and organizations.

Dennis Loney, Owner Workplace Innovations LLC

Dennis has more than 30 successful years in organizational development and leadership. His career spans multiple industries and work that includes Nordstrom, REI, PACCAR, Premera Healthcare, Washington State and New York Life.

His expertise is in the areas of organizational development, human resource practices and employment law, business management, performance management, conflict resolution and adult learning. His work in customized work environments has received national attention.

Dennis’ current clients include private sector companies, small business, government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Samuel Reynolds

I have expert-level experience in and knowledge of the desktop publishing process and presentation. I am skilled in all MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel, and intermediate web management and construction.

Committed to bridging a growing digital divide along race, class and gender lines, Samuel started his tech training career with the pioneering Bits & Bytes project of the Free Library of Philadelphia in 1998. Since then, he’s trained over 2100 adults and children in MS Office, desktop publishing and basic web design. He’s also assisted a very broad cross section of educational institutions, non-profit organizations and community centers in establishing technology integration curricula.

My famous motto as a consultant would be from Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan: “I don’t believe in a no-win scenario.”

Eli Wilner, Founder and President of Trebuchet Outsourcing Services

After a successful career in software development and technology management, Eli moved, 16 years ago, to the world of outsourcing. He gained renown as an author and expert lecturer on outsourcing issues, and pioneered several seminal outsourcing techniques, including multi-shore workflows, on-shore project management, multi-team production/QA and others. Eli served with distinction in senior management positions at several well-known outsourcing firms and was Chief Technologist of the B&N Digital Content Division. He has served as Chairman of the XML Forum of NY.
