NonProfit HelpDesk Now Offering Courses in the ACE Business Institute of Medgar Evers College
Brooklyn, NY, July 8, 2011 – The NonProfit HelpDesk (NPHD), a division of the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island will be offering two classes in the Business Institute of the Adult and Continuing Education program of Medgar Evers College. This marks the extension of the NPHD’s ventures with the colleges of CUNY, beyond Brooklyn College.

Credit-Bearing Certificate Program in Nonprofit Management Developed by NonProfit HelpDesk Now Available at Brooklyn College
Brooklyn, NY, July 8, 2010 – A new college credit-bearing certificate program in nonprofit financial management is now being offered at Brooklyn College. The program, the first of its kind in New York City, was developed and championed by the NonProfit HelpDesk (NPHD), (a division of the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island), with grant support from the Brooklyn Community Foundation.

NPHD Announces High-Demand Certificate Courses, Free of Charge, for NonProfit Organizations
The NonProfit HelpDesk (NPHD), a division of the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island, has launched a full program of certificate courses at Brooklyn College for 2010. Management, staff and board members of nonprofit organizations can attend these courses at no charge.

The NPHD Announces Technology Security Awareness Project, March 2009
The NonProfit HelpDesk announced that it is undertaking a project to assist small not-for-profit organizations in evaluating and improving their computer network security, with funding from the Hearst Foundation.
