You can register for one course in a sequence, or for the entire sequence. Most courses are for a full-day, with some half-day sessions. Course sequences run from two to six weeks and include:

Tracking Your Money
Organizational Development
Technology Development
Optimizing Fundraising Efforts
Board Development
Human Resource Management
Marketing

Join a PACT
The NPHD’s PACT (Peer Advisory Community Teams) program gives non-profit leaders the opportunity to participate in a “mastermind group.” Communities of non-profit leaders work collaboratively to make their organizations the best they can be. Each PACT group helps its members resolve challenges and celebrate individual successes.
