You may be an Accidental Techie without even realizing it! An Accidental Techie is that clever and committed individual who has fallen into the position of “chief technology officer” because they know more about technology then anyone else at their organization.

It’s great when you can keep things humming smoothly—but what happens when you can’t? Or when functioning as techie is impinging on your ability to perform your “real job”?
