Leadership Peer Support Groups/PACT Program
Working in the non-profit world can be exciting, values-driven, and gratifying, but having more priorities than resources can also leave you feeling isolated, drained and frustrated, with a critical need to take a deep breath!
We invite you to join the NPHD’s PACT (Peer Advisory Community Teams) program, in which communities of non-profit leaders will work collaboratively to make their organizations the best they can be. Each PACT group will help its members resolve challenges and celebrate individual successes.
There’s no cost to participate—it’s completely free.
Peer advisory boards, sometimes called mastermind groups, have long been used by business people to create a safe haven where leaders faced with similar challenges gather to:
- Connect and consult with each other
- Share experiences
- Provide crucial advice, guidance and support
- Create accountability
- Participate in a safe and accepting forum for discussion
Research clearly shows that the most invaluable resource available to leaders is connection with other leaders in similar situations. Peer advisory board participants meld their knowledge, skills and experience, becoming a powerful force that benefits each member of the group.
I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN A PACT!
PACT Facts
Each PACT group is composed of 10-12 non-profit leaders in organizations whose missions do not overlap. Meeting times and methods (in person, teleconference) will be arranged to meet the needs of each group’s members.
Every PACT will:
- Be facilitated by a professionally credentialed coach
- Follow a structured process that allows for learning and participation, and assures that participants’ issues are clearly identified and discussions are fruitful
- Help members create appropriate action plans, and provide support and accountability in achieving goals
Did we mention that it’s free?
