Program Development
You know what your client’s unmet needs are, and you have some excellent ideas about how to meet them. Now, you need to create the program structure to make it happen.
The NonProfit HelpDesk provides program development support for nonprofit organizations, as part of its full-service capacity-building initiative. Organizations funded by the Department of Youth and Community Development may receive these services at no cost when their request for technical assistance is approved by DYCD.
We work with top leadership and key program people to strengthen skills in program development and evaluation, including:

Setting program goals and objectives |

Development a program to meet those goals |

Implementing comprehensive, goal-based program evaluation |
Skill-development may occur through small group training, coaching, collaborative problem-solving and staff participation in NonProfit HelpDesk workshops or events.
