Website Development

Almost every nonprofit organization should have a website. Even if many of your clients do not have easy Internet access, others in the community will, and they may tell friends about what you offer. Equally important, the website is there to inform other organizations and agencies that may refer people to you, as well as to let funders know about your work.

Making It Easier to Have an Effective Website
Putting a website in place, or updating an old one, can be a daunting and expensive project. The NonProfit HelpDesk offers a streamlined process to help a nonprofit organize its information while creating an appropriate and effective website.

Our services include:

Identifying the information that needs to be communicated to each audience

Developing a navigational structure (tabs and menus) that will help users find what they need and keep them from getting “lost” in your site

Creating text or polishing your text

Designing the look of the website

Developing the site (putting the text and design into HTML and related computer code)
