MANAGING UP

Organizations work most effectively when there are positive relationships between staff at all levels. Managing Up is a critical, but often ignored, skill for everyone in the organization, from the program employee interacting with their supervisor, to the CEO interacting with Board members. 

WHAT IS IT?

Managing Up is an interactive workshop that will give employees and mid-level management the skills to maximize their effectiveness in working with supervisors and others at higher levels in the organization.

Managing Up will be conducted as an interactive half-day training session using case studies, role-plays, improvisational games, and theory based practicum.
