Brooklyn, NY, December 24, 2014 – In partnership with Council Member Chaim Deutsch, the Nonprofit HelpDesk hosted a no-cost workshop, “Accessing Your Inner Genius,” to empower the seniors at Young Israel Senior Services in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, NY.
“With Council Member Deutsch’s direction, we offered a specialized workshop at no-cost to the seniors of the 48th district who may not otherwise have the resources to invest in such programs,” suggests Chaya Abelsky, Director of the NonProfit HelpDesk.
“Our NPHD courses are extremely practical as well as innovative availing participants the knowledge that can be applied immediately in their personal and professional lives.” The course NPDH offered at YISS, Accessing Your Inner Genius was aimed to give seniors more confidence in decision making, nourish their creativity as well actualize hidden skills and talents.
NPHD’s goal is to continue providing no-cost workshops in partnering with Chaim Deutsch office to further serve the 48th District.
Accessing Your Inner Genius was facilitated by Esther Russell, MA – a NPHD trainer who specializes in innovation, creativity and positive psychology as it relates to personal and professional growth.
